Quality Assurance Manager
Rose Bruford College is an innovative vocational education institution specialising in drama and theatre. The College now seeks to underpin its vision and purpose with the appointment of a Quality Assurance Manager who will take responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of the College's academic quality assurance processes. Reporting to the Vice-Principal Academic Management, the incumbent will provide an institutional lead in the areas of Quality Assurance and Enhancement by contributing proactively to the continued development of the College's approach. In particular, the role requires a specialist who can identify the key quality assurance issues that will need to be addressed and the key quality enhancement processes that will required for the College to be successful in securing Taught Degree Awarding Powers within the next three years. The Candidate: You will be a highly motivated quality assurance professional with at least five years experience in a higher education setting. Educated to degree level as a minimum, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise way. Your work experience will demonstrate that you have a sound knowledge of current UK quality assurance requirements and best practice, and your resume will inspire confidence that you will make a significant contribution to enabling this highly reputable institution achieve its ambitious goals.
