The Isle of Man College is a College of Further and Higher Education. The College is non-incorporated and responsible to, and funded by, the Isle of Man Department of Education, part of the Isle of Man Government.

Personal taxation and domestic rates in the Isle of Man are considerably lower than in the United Kingdom.

The Isle of Man Department of Education wishes to appoint the following post on 1 January 2007 or earlier by mutual agreement:
Principal of the IOM College
Salary: £75,906
(with eligibility for performance related pay)

Applications are invited for this post from suitably qualified and experienced senior managers with proven Further Education and Higher Education experience.
The Isle of Man College provides quality academic, vocational and non vocational education and training courses reflecting the needs of local commerce, industry and the Island community.
The successful candidate would also advise the Department of Education on all aspects of Higher Education, Further Education and Vocational Training, and will work closely with the Isle of Man International Business School.
