The Abbey School is a community school with an experienced senior
management team and dedicated teaching and support staff, where innovation
is actively sought. We pride ourselves on being truly inclusive and
radical in our approach to learning. We strive to ensure maximum
achievement for all pupils of all

Specialist Business and Enterprise status awarded January 2006
new community sports hall and outdoor theatre
vocational Centre and Business Units now under construction
plans for collaborative links with post 16 institutions to develop
personalised learning
possibility of vocational training partnership with National Fruit Trials
(Brogdale)
